pleasant stay
loved the location close to shin-yokohama station, the inside hotel onsen and the welcome bar.
the room is very small (but this is japan) and the window did open just a real small bit.

Great hotel. Comfortable and clean.
A great location and lovely onsen at the hotel. The breakfast was superb. The room weas small (as expected) but used the space well. The hotel onsen meant there was a nice spacious bathroom to use. The hotel breakfast was superb, and staff were great. We stayed for a few days and on the Sunday morning there was a big line for breakfast and it closed at 9. Because of the line we didn't enter the dining hall until after 9 am and I was worried that there wouldn't be any food left, however the staff kept providing fresh food until everyone has eaten which was great, and those that didn't want to wait in line could have bentos takeaway. It was very well organised by the staff. I was very impressed.

Great location. Near a 7 11. Close to train station. I asked for an irion and ot was no problem. Laundry room was good. Very peaceful stay.
Bathroom had a huge step up to it. It was tricky to get out of.
